YPB, Yayasan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan or Foundation for Sustainable Development was established in line with the spirit of Rio Summit 1992, which has committed to sustainable development. Sustainable development as a new direction of development has included the aspect of social justice and environmental sustainability as well as economic growth. The founders of YPB considered that Indonesia needs to adapt sustainable development as its new development directions to ensure that Indonesia will decent life to its people for the existing generation and the generation to come. |
